Maintenance Director

Mayfield Nursing and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Director of Maintenance, with experience in a health care setting strongly preferred.

DUTIES:

• Responsible for all maintenance department operations.
• Regular inspections of the facility for safety, upkeep, appearance and equipment performance.
• Supervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedules.
• Schedule and ensure completion of all maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure all maintenance work is performed n accordance with State/Federal and OSHA standards.
• Must have the ability to be “on-call” for emergency situations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic, intense drive, initiative for quality service.
• Moderate level trade skills required: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC 
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task / stay on task and maintain focus in stressful situations.
