Jr-level Personal Injury Attorney

A well established plaintiff's personal injury law firm seeks an associate attorney to join their growing practice!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed and in good standing with the NY Bar
• 1 to 2 years working in a plaintiff's law firm
• Experience with personal injury law experience (auto wrecks, s/f, product liability, medical malpractice, work related injury, etc...)
• Experience negotiating and settling PI claims
• Experience drafting pleadings and motions/oppositions
• Experience defending/conducting depositions is a plus
• Hearings and court conferences is a plus
• Strong computer skills
• Able to maintain in high stress situations
• Able to support trial attorneys
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Positive attitude and able to motivate support staff in a positive way.
