**About the Role:**

As a **Night Shift LPN Supervisor**, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our night shift, supervising a team of licensed practical nurses and caregivers, and providing exceptional care to our residents. You will be the leader on duty, overseeing the delivery of care, addressing resident needs, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

**Responsibilities:**

* Supervise a team of LPNs and caregivers to ensure high-quality care is delivered to our residents
* Conduct regular rounds to ensure adherence to care plans and identify areas for improvement
* Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, including acute or chronic changes in health status
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
* Collaborate with the administrative team to develop and implement policies and procedures
* Provide training and guidance to LPNs and caregivers to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional care
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve the care we provide

**Requirements:**

* Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Missouri
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a long-term care facility, with experience as a supervisor or lead LPN
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
