Personal Injury Attorney

A well-established boutique Plaintiff's law firm is seeking a personal injury Attorney to join their growing practice!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury law.
• Proven record handling a plaintiff's personal injury caseload from inception through trial.
• Licensed NY Attorney in good standing with NY Bar.
• Experience drafting pleadings and motions/oppositions.
• Litigation experience a plus.
• Experience negotiating and settling a personal injury caseload.
• Conduct depositions, trials, mediations, arbitrations for personal injury actions and commercial litigation matters.
• Must have excellent writing, communication and computer skills.
• Able to handle a personal injury case load.
