About the Role

As an LPN at Alps at Wayne Rehab, you will provide hands-on nursing care to our residents while supporting the clinical and leadership needs of the unit. You will collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure our residents receive compassionate, high-quality care. With immediate openings available, we encourage new graduates to apply!

LPN Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation
• Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents’ conditions
• Assist physicians during rounds and exams
• Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations
• Foster a respectful, positive, and collaborative team environment

• 3:30PM–11:30PM | 11:30PM–7:30AM
