Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise all maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance

• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions

• Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall facility operations

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards

• Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians to ensure high-quality work and professional development

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the maintenance department operates efficiently and effectively

Qualifications:

• 1 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role or equivalent experience in a related field

• Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
