Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping

ARK Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Stamford, CT seeks a Director of Maintenance/Housekeeping to join its team.

Candidate will:

• Have previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Healthcare Setting
• Be on call for emergenices
• Maintain required documentation based in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks for ensure proper functioning equipment 
• Conduct facility rounds to ensure safety
• Supervise assigned personnel
• Preform other duties as requested
