You’ll support daily production by turning recipes and schedules into finished products.Key responsibilities include:- Producing bakery items to recipe and production plan- Safely using bakery tools and equipment- Measuring, mixing, shaping, baking, and packaging as needed- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready- Following food safety, sanitation, and quality standards- Teaming up to hit daily output goalsWhat you’ll bring:- Bakery/food production/manufacturing experience is a plus (not required)- Comfort in a fast-paced environment and an eye for detail- Dependable attendance, upbeat teamwork, and ability to stand/lift as neededIf you’re ready to learn, work hard, and make great food, apply today.A Day in DoughYou’ll clock in onsite in Mokena, IL, check the production schedule, and get set up with ingredients and tools. The morning moves quickly—batching, rotating items through the oven, and keeping packaging flowing so finished products are ready on time. Between runs, you’ll reset your station, wipe down surfaces, and do quick quality checks so everything looks as good as it tastes.
