QUALIFIATIONS:

•Juris Doctorate and in good standing with the SC Bar

•5+ years personal injury experience;  Medical Malpractice case management a huge plus

•Litigation experience; With excellent deposition skills.

•Experience drafting and responding to motions

•Trial experience

•Negotiating and settling skills

•Strong computer skills

•Able to maintain in high stress situations

•Able to handle a large case load

•Positive attitude
