We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Dietitian to join our team! If you’re passionate about helping individuals achieve better health through nutrition and want to make a meaningful impact every day, we’d love to meet you.

• Provide nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Monitor residents’ nutritional status and adjust plans as needed

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and dietary teams to ensure high-quality care

• Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations

• Educate residents, families, and staff on nutrition and dietary needs

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all reporting requirements

• Registered Dietitian (RD) credential

• Current state licensure (as required)

• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or clinical nutrition preferred

• Strong communication and assessment skills

• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
