Data Manager for Personal Injury Law Firm
Location: In-Office
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour (depending on experience) 

About Us:

Sedaghat Law Group, APC is a growing personal injury law firm committed to providing excellent client service and maintaining strong internal systems. We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Manager to oversee the accuracy, organization, and reporting of our firm’s case and operational data, primarily within Filevine and Microsoft systems.

This is a key role supporting attorneys and staff by ensuring reliable data, efficient workflows, and consistent reporting.

Responsibilities:

•  Maintain accurate case and client data within Filevine
•  Monitor file organization and enforce firm-wide data entry standards 
•  Build and maintain reports and dashboards for attorneys and leadership 
•  Support Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint data organization 
•  Assist with Azure-based cloud storage structure 
•  Identify and correct data inconsistencies or missing information 
•  Support workflow improvements across departments 
•  Train staff on Filevine usage and data entry expectations 
•  Assist with data cleanup, migration, and system updates as needed 
•  Help ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal data handling standards 

Qualifications:

•  2+ years of experience in data management or database administration 
•  Experience with Filevine strongly preferred
•  Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) 
•  Experience creating reports and dashboards 
•  Strong attention to detail and organization 
•  Law firm experience preferred but not required 
•  Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus
