LPN Job Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced LPN who:

• Holds an active LPN License (Licensed Practical Nurse)

• Has a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a home health, clinic, facility, hospice, or related setting

• Has experience working with patients with complex medical needs

• Possesses a reliable, compassionate, and professional work ethic

• Is experienced with electronic medical records

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Can work independently and as part of a team

• Can create reports

LPN Job Responsibilities

As an LPN at Butterfly Home Care, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct nursing care to clients in their homes

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical history

• Communicating regularly with physicians, family members, and other healthcare professionals

• Writing a comprehensive daily report
