Director of Maintenance Job Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the orderly functioning of all equipment in the facility including the kitchen, laundry, heating, air conditioning, and elevators as well as purchasing necessary supplies for repairs, maintenance, and emergencies within budgetary guidelines.
