Tax Associate

A full service law firm  seeks an associate attorney for its tax practice in the Charlotte, NC office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of three years of experience with a predominant focus on federal taxation.
• Corporate and partnership taxation and transactional experience.
• Experience in federal tax controversy, international or tax exempt organizations.
• LLM in taxation.
• Excellent academics.
• Licensed in North Carolina.
