At Amber Court Assisted Living, we're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems, leading by example, and ensuring our residents live in a safe, welcoming community every single day.

What You'll Do

• Lead all maintenance operations throughout the community.

• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and facility inspections.

• Ensure compliance with NYS Assisted Living regulations and Life Safety Code requirements.

• Coordinate vendor services and outside contractors.

• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and building systems.

• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Lead emergency preparedness and building safety initiatives.

• Supervise maintenance staff and establish department priorities.

• Help create a beautiful, safe, and comfortable home for our residents.

What We're Looking For

• Previous maintenance leadership experience preferred.

• Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Experience in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, facilities management, or property management is a plus.

• Ability to lead a team while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.
