Previous Automotive Sales Management Experience Required

Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the new and pre-owned sales team
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor Sales Consultants to maximize performance
- Monitor sales activities, closing ratios, and dealership KPIs
- Desk deals and assist with negotiations to help maximize profitability
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Work closely with the F&I, BDC, and Service departments to support dealership goals
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and pricing strategies
- Foster a positive, accountable, and results-oriented culture
- Help achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
Qualifications:
- Automotive Sales Manager or Finance Manager experience required
- An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
- Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
- A positive, upbeat attitude and good work ethic
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Valid driver's license and insurance
