Responsibilities - Experienced Auto Dealership Service Writer, Advisor:

• Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise customers about service options and costs, schedule service, greet customers and answer questions, and offer additional services including special promotions.
• Follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work and ensure customers are satisfied.
• Maintain high CSI scores

Qualifications - Experienced Auto Dealership Service Writer, Advisor:

• Required: Experienced Automotive Service Writer, Advisor
• Excellent customer service, computer, sales, and communication skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
