We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor to lead the development of our advisor team through hands-on coaching, real-time training, and leadership on the service drive. Rather than sitting behind a desk, you'll work alongside advisors throughout the day, helping them strengthen customer relationships, improve their performance, and deliver an exceptional service experience.

What You'll Do:
- Provide live, on-the-job coaching to Service Advisors throughout the day
- Greet customers alongside the assigned Service Advisor and assist in creating a warm, professional first impression
- Develop and deliver training for new and existing Service Advisors
- Verify that all advisors review technician ASR (Additional Service Recommendation) photos and videos before sending repair estimates to customers
- Monitor and ensure advisors complete CSI follow-up calls using the HealthWatch application
- Create clear training materials, SOPs, and process guides
- Coach advisors on communication, RO accuracy, upselling, and workflow
- Partner with Service Management to identify additional training needs and implement development plans
- Promote a positive, energetic, and team-oriented culture focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Maintain training schedules and support multiâ€'store training needs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a high-performing Automotive Service Advisor is required
- Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance, repairs, and dealership service operations
- Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Experience with dealership management software, digital inspections, and service department technology is preferred
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
