Job Title: Dental Front Office Assistant / Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Front Office Assistant / Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their experience is positive and welcoming.

Responsibilities:

- Greet all patients with a warm and welcoming smile

- Check in and check out patients in a timely and efficient manner

- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment book

- Answer phones in a timely and friendly manner, directing calls to the appropriate staff member

- Make re-care calls when needed to ensure patients are keeping up with their dental appointments

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a dental office or medical office preferred

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Compensation details: 16-18 Hourly Wage
