Location: Clifton Springs, NY
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift
Schedule: 5x8 | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $34.00–$38.00/Hour
Weekend: Every Other Weekend

Seeking an experienced LPN/LVN to provide nursing care in a long-term care/nursing home setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, EPIC experience, and the ability to work independently in a nursing facility environment.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Administer medications and monitor residents' health conditions.
• Perform assessments and document patient care using EPIC.
• Manage behavioral and degenerative conditions, including Alzheimer's, ALS, and Parkinson's.
• Perform 12-lead EKG/ECG as needed.
• Follow infection control and patient safety standards.
• Float within the appropriate skill set as required.

• Active New York State LPN License required to submit.
• BLS Certification required.
• Nursing facility/nursing home experience required.
• EPIC experience required.
• Experience with behavior management techniques.
• Must be available every other weekend and every other holiday, if needed.
• First-time travelers accepted.
