Top qualifications:


●     MD or DO required; Board Certified / Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
●     Active California medical license and active California DEA.
●     At least 12 months of adult psychiatry experience in the last 3 years (inpatient or high-acuity preferred).
●     BLS certification and medical malpractice insurance required.
●     Experience in correctional / forensic psychiatry and comfort with high-acuity, justice-involved patients.
●     Familiarity with Cerner EHR.

●     Schedule: In-person Mon-Thurs or Tues–Fri, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., minimum 6-month commitment (4x10 schedule).
●     EHR: Cerner EHR—prior experience preferred.
●     Orientation: Up to 40 hours of orientation may be required.
