Brookside is hiring a dedicated Community Manager to oversee operations at The Easton, our premier apartment community in Millington, TN. What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with property management software (Entrata preferred)
• Passion for resident satisfaction and community excellence

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily property operations, including leasing, collections, and resident relations
• Drive occupancy and control delinquency
• Manage property budgets and vendor relationships
• Supervise office and maintenance teams
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and safety standards
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation
