Job Description

Lacon Rehab & Nursing is hiring an RN Supervisor for a part-time position. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN to provide clinical leadership while supporting quality resident care.

Pay: Up to $45.00/hour

Rate is based on experience.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing team
Assist with resident care and care planning
Promote quality care and regulatory compliance
Foster a positive, team-focused environment

Requirements

Active RN license
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Leadership experience is a plus
