Deli Cook - Mitchell

County Fair Food Store is accepting applications for a friendly, positive, self-motivated Deli Cook to join our crew to assist in food preparation and service according to our standard of quality.

Afternoon and early evening hours
25-40 hours per week

Requirements/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

*Perform opening/closing duties of the Deli

*Provide excellent customer service

*Know the menu and prepare food on the grill

*Assist Deli Managers with cooking and setting up for catering events

*Prepare salads, sandwiches, and hot lunches

*Operate and clean all deli equipment in a safe and efficient manner

*Comply with department and State health safety and sanitiation regulations

*Assume additional duties and responsibilities as needed
