Job Description
Obstetrics & Gynecology
Seeking a Board Certified OB/GYN to provide both clinic and hospital coverage, including obstetric and gynecologic care, labor and delivery, gynecologic surgery, rounding, admissions, and shared call coverage. The provider will work alongside an established team in a combined inpatient and outpatient practice.
Compensation: Hourly Rate: $260/hr, Overtime Rate: $325/hr, Night Call: $555/shift, Weekend Call: $2,535 per 24 hours, Call Back: $320/hr.
Schedule
Start Date: August 3, 2026
Assignment Duration: Through December 31, 2026
Clinic: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Call: Seven 24-hour unrestricted call days per month
Call Rotation: 1:5
Combination of clinic and hospital coverage
Practice Setting
Inpatient and Outpatient
Acute Care Hospital
122-bed hospital
Adult patients (ages 16+)
Responsibilities
Provide full-scope OB/GYN clinic care
Manage labor and delivery patients
Perform gynecologic surgical procedures
Round on hospitalized patients
Admit and manage obstetric and gynecologic patients
Participate in shared 24-hour call coverage
Practice Details
Average of 18 patients per day
Five additional physicians/clinicians in the practice
Required Procedures:
Full-scope OB/GYN clinic care
Labor & Delivery
Gynecologic surgery in the OR
EMR: Epic
Requirements
Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Active Washington license
BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
ACLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Epic experience required
Required Recent Clinical Activity (Past 24 Months)
Obstetrics
Documentation of at least:
100 obstetric patients
15 Cesarean sections
30 vaginal deliveries
Gynecology
Documentation of at least:
50 gynecology patients
Additional Information
Both clinic and hospital privileges required
COVID-19 vaccination required (no exemptions)
First day reserved for orientation
Provider will not work solo
Call includes 4 gratis hours per 24-hour call period
