We are seeking a compassionate and organized professional to support individuals in engaging, meaningful, and enjoyable daily activities. In this role, you will help create a positive environment by planning, coordinating, and facilitating programs that promote social interaction, physical movement, cognitive engagement, and overall well-being. Work days are Tuesday-Saturday.

What You Will Do
  • Assist in planning and leading group and group activities tailored to individual interests and abilities.
  • Encourage participation and provide supportive guidance to help create a welcoming experience for all participants.
  • Prepare activity materials, set up spaces, and ensure programs run smoothly and safely.
  • Observe participant engagement and respond appropriately to needs, preferences, and feedback.
  • Support special events, recreational programs, themed activities, and seasonal celebrations.
  • Maintain accurate records related to attendance, participation, and activity outcomes as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop creative ideas that enhance the daily experience of participants.
  • Promote a respectful, inclusive, and uplifting atmosphere at all times.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with activity planning, group facilitation, or participant engagement.
  • First aid or CPR certification may be preferred in some settings.
