Medical Receptionist

Hello and welcome! The ideal candidate will assist the clinical staff by performing a variety of Front office-related tasks.

Core Job Duties (but not limited to):

• Greet and check-in patients
• Ensure patient information is correct.
• Collect appropriate fees.
• Handle telephone calls regarding patient accounts.
• Provide information about available services provided by the clinic.
• Appointment setting
• Pre-op and Post- op follow up calls
• Ordering office supplies

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 3 years experience in the front office of a medical clinic.
• Preferred not required: Graduate of certified Medical Assistant program
• Knowledge of EMR System
• Experience with office procedures in a surgical center a plus
• Verbal and communication skills

Requirements:

• Spanish Speaker: Highly Preferred, but not required
• Provide the highest quality of Customer Service
• Ability to be a team player
