About Southeast Commercial Fence
Southeast Commercial Fence (SECF) is a growing commercial fencing contractor serving clients across the Southeast U.S. We install and service fencing for general contractors, municipalities, schools, warehouses, utilities, developers, and industrial facilities. Our work includes chain link, ornamental aluminum and steel, welded wire, security fence, wood, vinyl, automated gates, access control, bollards, and guardrail.

The Role
We are hiring 2–4 Working Fence Supervisors to join our Loganville, GA operation. This is a hands-on leadership role — you will be on the tools alongside your crew while also taking ownership of job site execution, crew coordination, and quality control.
If you have a strong construction background, a good work ethic, and the ability to lead people in the field, we want to talk — prior fencing experience is preferred but not required. We have trained great supervisors from other construction trades before and we will do it again.
What You'll Do
- Lead and work alongside a field crew on commercial fencing installations and projects
- Oversee daily job site operations — layout, installation, quality, and safety
- Coordinate crew assignments, material needs, and daily task flow
- Communicate job status and any issues to management promptly
- Ensure work is completed on time, on scope, and to SECF quality standards
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site at all times
- Read and interpret site plans, job specs, and work orders
- Train and mentor crew members on installation techniques and safety protocols
- Complete daily field documentation and reporting as required
What We're Looking For
- Experience in commercial fencing OR a solid background in commercial/industrial construction
- Demonstrated ability to lead a crew and take ownership of job site results
- Strong work ethic — this is a physically demanding, hands-on role
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills — able to coordinate with crew members and report to management clearly
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $25–$35/hour based on experience
- Schedule: Full-time
- Location: Loganville, GA (field-based — job sites in and around the area)
