Trillium is hiring experienced Painter / Blasters for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a busy industrial facility in Houston.

Stable hours, overtime potential, and long-term opportunity available. Pay rate is$20$24/hr DOE (+ $1.50 shift differential 2nd shift).

Schedule:
-10-hour shifts, MondayFriday (OT on Saturdays as needed)
-1st Shift: 7:00 AM 5:30 PM
-2nd Shift: 4:30 PM 3:00 AM (+$1.50/hr)

Responsibilities:
-Prep parts and surfaces for painting/blasting
-Perform abrasive blasting using industrial equipment
-Apply coatings with spray guns and pressure pots
-Complete touch-ups and finishing work

-2+ years of industrial painting/blasting experience
-Experience with spray equipment and coatings
-Able to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
