Property Manager - leasing & Sales - Conway, AR

About the Role

The Urban Loft Co. is hiring a high-energy, sales-driven Property Manager to run leasing and daily operations at our Conway apartment community. This is a one-person office — you own the full sales process from first call to signed lease, drive resident retention, and keep the property performing. Great fit for a closer from real estate, retail, hospitality, or service sales who wants ownership and upside.

What You'll Do

• Run high-energy tours that create urgency and close leases
• Own the sales cycle: fast lead response, tour scheduling, closing, CRM tracking
• Hit monthly leasing and renewal targets
• Build resident relationships that drive renewals
• Manage the property budget: rent collection, expense control, minimal concessions
• Walk the property regularly; inspect every move-out and coordinate turnover
• Manage vendors and contractors for quality, on-time work
• Operate as the sole on-site staff member with full accountability

Pay & Benefits

• Base salary: $58,000/year
• Performance bonus: up to $10,000/year based on leasing and renewal results

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience — real estate, retail, hospitality, or service backgrounds welcome
• Strong communicator, confident closer, comfortable creating urgency
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to run multiple priorities solo
• Comfortable with CRM tools, email, and spreadsheets
• Property management experience helpful but not required
