Job Description
Hannah’s Gift ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support clients throughout the Denver and Aurora areas.
This hybrid position includes both in-person and remote responsibilities across home and school settings.

Salary: $80,000–$105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
We offer flexibility in how the role is structured, including smaller or larger caseloads and opportunities to combine direct clinical work with exciting non-direct clinical responsibilities.
The BCBA will supervise and train Behavior Technicians and RBTs, provide clinical guidance, collaborate with families, and assist with challenges related to treatment implementation, staffing, technician performance, and family support.
Responsibilities may also include conducting initial assessments in person, working alongside a team of Lead RBTs and RBTs, and providing ongoing guidance, training, and clinical support.
The position includes close collaboration with other BCBAs and members of the clinical team to maintain consistent, high-quality care across cases.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience supervising and training BTs and RBTs
- Strong communication and clinical leadership skills
- Ability to provide services in home, school, and remote settings
- Reliable transportation throughout Denver and Aurora
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking ability
- Certification or experience providing safety and crisis-management training
- Experience collaborating with school staff
- Previous involvement with IEP programs and school-based services
