Sales Representative

About the Role
Represent Verizon as a Wireless Sales Representative at our authorized retail store. You'll help customers find the right Verizon wireless plans, devices, and accessories cases, chargers, screen protectors, audio, smartwatches, and more delivering the premium service Verizon is known for. This is a great opportunity with strong commission earning potential and a clear path into leadership.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right Verizon plans, devices, and accessories
• Drive accessory sales by pairing every device with cases, chargers, screen protectors, and other add-ons
• Activate new lines, process upgrades, and enroll customers in protection, AutoPay, and add-on services
• Hit individual and store sales goals for both service and accessory attach rates
• Stay current on Verizon products, promotions, and pricing

Keep the store clean, stocked, and welcoming, and handle transactions accurately

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people all day
• Motivated by goals and commission
• Reliable, punctual, and available weekends
• Retail, sales, or customer-service experience (we'll train)
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
