Canvassing Director

Job Description: We are seeking a high-energy Canvassing Director to build and lead our
door-to-door lead generation team. If you have D2D experience and know how to recruit,
motivate, and manage a winning squad, we want you to lead our front lines.

Your goal is simple: build a team of canvassers who consistently generate high-quality leads
and set appointments for our sales team.

Core Responsibilities:
● Recruit & Train: Hire and develop a team of highly motivated field canvassers.
● Lead in the Field: Conduct daily meetings, run ride-alongs, and provide hands-on coaching.
● Manage Territories: Map out daily neighborhoods to maximize contact rates.
● Drive Results: Track daily team metrics and ensure appointment-setting quotas are met.

What We Need From You:
● Proven background in door-to-door (D2D) canvassing or direct field sales.
● Prior experience leading, training, or managing a team.
● The ability to motivate others and create a high-energy team culture.
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
