Assembler 2nd Shift $21.50/hour

Position Summary

The Manufacturing Assembly / Machine Operator is responsible for operating production equipment, assembling products, inspecting materials, and supporting daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Assemble products and components according to company specifications
• Perform visual quality inspections on materials and finished products
• Monitor machines during production runs and report any issues to supervisors
• Load and unload materials from production equipment
• Maintain production records and follow work instructions
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety procedures and attendance expectations
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or production experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

Schedule

• 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday - Friday
• Overtime available!

Pay Rates:

$21.50 per hour Overtime pay after 40 hours worked.
