About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a fast-growing breakfast and bakery concept known for its high-quality products, energetic team culture, and exceptional guest experience. As the brand continues to expand, they're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of their Sarasota locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, driving operational excellence, and creating an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume restaurant.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive sales while managing labor, food cost, inventory, and overall profitability.
• Own the restaurant's financial performance, including P&L management.
• Create a positive culture built on accountability, teamwork, and hospitality.
• Ensure consistent execution of food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Build strong relationships with guests and resolve concerns professionally.
• Partner with regional leadership to execute company initiatives and support continued growth.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Experience leading teams in fast casual, polished quick service, café, bakery, or breakfast concepts.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, labor scheduling, inventory, and food cost controls.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000–$65,000 annual base salary
