Product Marketing Specialist

About the Role

STRATA Networks is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to help grow our wireless services through engaging marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer growth initiatives. This position works closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and leadership to increase wireless subscriber growth, customer retention, and product awareness.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll:

• Plan and execute wireless marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer growth initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing efforts for new wireless products, devices, plans, and promotional offers.
• Develop marketing content including digital ads, social media, email campaigns, website content, signage, and sales materials.
• Manage campaign calendars, project timelines, and launch schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver marketing initiatives on time.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer growth, and promotional results, making recommendations for improvement.
• Research wireless industry trends and competitor activity to support marketing strategies.
• Assist with annual marketing planning and other projects as assigned.

What You Bring to the Team

To be successful, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Two or more years of marketing, telecommunications, sales support, or related experience preferred.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and marketing analytics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common marketing platforms.
• Experience using generative AI tools and effective prompting.
• Graphic design experience is strongly preferred.

Work Environment and Conditions

• Primarily office-based with regular collaboration across departments.
• Occasional attendance at community events, promotions, or product launches.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands

• Regular sitting, standing, walking, and computer use.
• Frequent use of standard office equipment.
• Occasionally lift or move materials up to 25 pounds for marketing events or displays.
