About the Role:
Target Property Management Corp is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their team in Marlton, NJ! Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger entries and financial records
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Manage vendor invoices, payments, and billing inquiries
- Support property management team with rent collections and tenant account tracking
- Perform data entry and maintain organized financial documentation
- Assist with bank reconciliations and audit preparation
Requirements:
- Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial role preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles (AP/AR, reconciliations, general ledger)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
