Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated Apprentice Production Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous manufacturing or production experience who are looking to expand their skills and build a long-term career in manufacturing.
Working under the guidance of experienced supervisors and team members, you'll learn production processes, operate equipment, support quality standards, and contribute to the manufacturing of specialized products.

Apprentice Production Technician  Responsibilities:

• Manufacture products according to established specifications and production schedules

• Operate production equipment and assist with machine setup

• Set up molds, fixtures, jigs, and production tooling

• Read work instructions, drawings, and specifications

• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and product quality

• Perform basic mathematical calculations and record production data

• Adjust machinery and tooling as directed

• Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment upkeep

• Move raw materials, work-in-progress inventory, and finished products throughout production

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, or machine operation experience required

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions

• Comfortable using measuring devices and production tools

• Basic math and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Mechanical aptitude is helpful, but candidates with a strong manufacturing background are preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift materials weighing up to 80 lbs

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

• Comfortable working with required PPE, including safety glasses and dust masks/respirators

• Ability to push, pull, and move carts and materials throughout the facility

• Manual dexterity required for handling tools, materials, and production equipment
