Are you a skilled Commercial Maintenance Technician?
We are hiring DAY Shift Commercial Maintenance Technicians to perform maintenance and remodel work for national restaurant and retail chains. Our technicians work, allowing projects to be completed without disrupting customer operations.

What You'll Do
As a DAY Shift Maintenance Technician, you will complete repairs, upgrades, and maintenance projects in restaurant and retail locations.
Typical work includes:
• Tile replacement and repair
• FRP installation and wall panel repair
• Cabinet replacement and installation
• Basic electrical work and fixture installation
• Commercial appliance installation (refrigerators, pastry cases, etc.)
• Door sealing and weather stripping
• Faucet replacement and light plumbing repairs
• Commercial pressure-assist toilet repairs
• Drywall repair and patching
• T-bar ceiling and ceiling tile replacement
• Interior painting and general maintenance
Schedule
• Nightly start times vary depending on project location
• Full-time hours with steady work

✔ Ability to work independently during overnight projects
