1. RETAIL SALES
Part-Time + Full-Time Sales Associate

Summary
We're looking for energetic, customer-focused team members who enjoy helping people and want to be part of the Clemson experience. The Retail Sales Associate provides outstanding customer service, assists shoppers in finding products, processes sales, and maintains a clean, organized store environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, offering product information and recommendations.
  • Maintain knowledge of merchandise, promotions, and store policies.
  • Operate the POS system for sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately.
  • Keep sales floor, checkout area, and stockroom clean and organized.
  • Restock merchandise and maintain tidy displays.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management.
  • Support store operations during Clemson home football game weekends.

 

Qualifications

  • Basic sales and customer service knowledge.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused, team-oriented, and dependable.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Clemson sports and fan culture a plus.

 

Schedule

  • Part-Time (20-24 hours per week) and Full-time (34+ hours per week) position.
  • Must be available for all Clemson home football game days

 

2. RECEIVING

Part-Time Associate          

 

Summary

The Receiving Associate is responsible for working with the Receiving Manager to receive, check-in, distribute, and store merchandise for the selected facilities.  They unload shipments from trucks, remove and dispose of packaging material, stock items, and use hand trucks.  In addition, this person may be asked to assist in stockroom areas and the sales floor.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow established receiving procedures for receipt, check-in, marking and distribution of merchandise to each retail operation.
  • Count items of incoming shipments in order to verify information against packing lists, orders, bills of lading or other records.
  • Examine and unpack incoming shipments; record shortages and reject damaged items.  Alert the Receiving Manager and/or General Manager of damages/excessive wear and tear.
  • Ensure all items received have correct retail price and barcode before leaving the receiving area.
  • Ensure that merchandise received is handled correctly to minimize damage from internal movement
  • Secure the merchandise in the warehouse, and in the movement to other retail operations
  • Maintain inventory control procedures for stock in the warehouse
  • Assist with physical inventory counts. Perform cycle-counts as directed by the General Manager
  • Responsible for maintaining neat and orderly receiving and warehouse areas
  • Transport merchandise to other store locations using company vehicles.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of stock to retail operations
  • Maintain in good working order any equipment assigned to the receiving area
  • Assist management in recycling material in the Receiving and Stock areas.
  • Assist with other areas of the company as needed including stockroom and sales floor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Must have a working knowledge of Internet software usage.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Ability to lift moderate to large sized boxes and goods, weighing up to 50 pounds; unpack merchandise and place on storage or display shelves, or, move into/out of vehicles of varying heights.
  • Ability to spend extended lengths of time standing.
  • Must possess a clean, valid State driver’s license.
