Pay: $18.00/hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:45 PM
Overtime: Required as needed

Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembler candidates to join a growing manufacturing team in the South Sacramento area. This is a hands-on production role assembling electrical components and kits used in the construction, solar, and utility industries. This is a temp-to-hire position with opportunities for permanent employment based on performance and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components, wiring, and cable assemblies according to production orders and work instructions.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and assembly documentation.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assemblies accurately.
• Identify wires by color and measure materials to required specifications.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, blueprints, or engineering drawings.
• Experience with electrical assemblies, wiring, or cable harnesses is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed, sometimes with short notice.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Work around manufacturing equipment and moderate to loud noise.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that is not climate controlled.
