Post Process Technician (Day Shift)

Location: Pleasanton, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $20.00/hour


About the Opportunity

We're hiring Post Process Technicians for a growing medical manufacturing company in Pleasanton. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing high-quality products.

This position is similar to an assembly role but focuses on the finishing process after production. You'll work with small components to ensure products meet quality standards before moving to the next stage.

No medical or dental experience is required. We provide on-the-job training for candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.


Position Summary

As a Post Process Technician, you'll perform a variety of finishing tasks, including bending wire components, repairing acrylic materials, polishing products, and completing detailed handwork. This role requires good hand-eye coordination, patience, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions while maintaining quality standards.


Responsibilities

  • Perform post-production finishing on manufactured products.
  • Bend and shape wire components according to specifications.
  • Repair and finish acrylic materials.
  • Polish products to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Inspect products for cosmetic and quality defects.
  • Follow written work instructions and production procedures.
  • Maintain production quality standards.
  • Report quality concerns to supervisors.
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent hand dexterity and fine motor skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Dependable with excellent attendance.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience.
  • Experience performing detailed handwork.
  • Quality inspection experience.
  • Experience working with small parts.
  • Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
