Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 + Bonus + Benefits

About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a high-volume upscale/fine-dining restaurant in Boulder. This is an opportunity for a polished hospitality leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front and back of house operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
• Coach, develop, and motivate managers and hourly team members.
• Maintain exceptional service, food quality, and hospitality standards.
• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and operating costs.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while building lasting relationships.
• Partner with the leadership team to achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Restaurant Manager experience in an upscale, polished casual, or fine-dining restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations.
• Working knowledge of P&L, labor management, and cost controls.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
