CUSTODIAN

Custodian - Janitor

We are hiring a dependable Custodian / Janitor to maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in our manufacturing facility. This role supports daily operations by ensuring all areas meet our cleanliness standards and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize manufacturing floors, offices, breakrooms and restrooms
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain all industrial, office and warehouse floors
• Remove trash, debris, and spills; handle recycling and approved industrial waste
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuums
• Restock janitorial, sanitation, and paper supplies
• Follow OSHA, safety, and facility cleanliness procedures
• Report safety hazards, spills, or maintenance concerns

Qualifications:

• Custodial, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
• Ability to follow safety procedures and use PPE
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be at least 18 years old
