Job Summary
We are looking for Behavioral Support Specialists (BSS or BSC) for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autism (ID/A) to join our team in the state of Pennsylvania.
We are searching for someone with experience with dealing with ISPs. Also, have technical knowledge by understanding of the ODP behavioral support standards and interventions.
We are looking for a Behavioral Specialist with amazing communication skills with with families, DSPs, and supervisors along with team leadership is a part of the role. Ability to mentor DSPs and caregivers in behavioral strategies. Person-centered service delivery and respect for dignity. Accurate documentation and adherence to ODP timelines. Dependability, flexibility, and confidentiality. Effective prioritization and scheduling of sessions. Crisis Management with swift responses to behavioral crises.
State Police check. Experience implementing behavioral interventions and collecting data. FBA. Strong communication and documentation skills.
