Lead Fence Installer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Fence Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a dependable leader with at least 5 years of hands-on fence installation experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality work while leading a crew safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise installation crews on residential and commercial fence projects.
• Install vinyl, chain link, and ornamental fence systems to company quality standards.
• Read plans, layouts, and project specifications.
• Measure, lay out, and ensure proper alignment of fence installations.
• Safely operate equipment including skid steers, augers, concrete mixers, saws, and other construction tools.
• Train and mentor crew members while maintaining productivity.
• Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and office staff.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain company vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional fence installation experience.
• Proven experience installing:
• • Vinyl fencing
  • Chain link fencing
  • Ornamental aluminum and steel fencing
• Previous crew lead or foreman experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and site plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus).
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and committed to producing quality workmanship.

Preferred Experience

• Gate installation and automated gate operators.
• Welding and light fabrication.
• Equipment operation (skid steer, mini excavator, auger).
• Commercial fence installation.
• OSHA safety knowledge.
