Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Elite Vinyl Windows, one of Southern California’s leading vinyl window manufacturers, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person.
• Prepare and follow up on customer quotes.
• Process customer orders accurately.
• Coordinate with production and scheduling departments.
• Answer customer questions regarding products, orders, and delivery status.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Previous customer service experience preferred (window or construction industry is a plus, but not required).
