Production Line Operator Temp to Perm

Our client, a manufacturing company specializing in food and beverage products, is seeking a Production Line Operator Temp to Perm to join their team. As a Production Line Operator Temp to Perm, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing and packaging processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong mechanical skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Line Operator Temp to Perm

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range: $26-$28 per hour DOE. 

Shift: First Shift 7am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate and maintain machinery on the production line to ensure smooth operations
• Carry out basic quality and testing checks to meet product standards
• Use lifting equipment and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times, adhering to safety protocols
• Supervise and collaborate with assistant line operators to oversee the entire packaging line

What's Needed?

• Proven experience as a Production Line Operator or in a relevant manufacturing role
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials safely
• Understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and regulations
