Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 10pm to 6am
Pay Rate: $16/hr (includes paid lunch/breaks)
Location: Dayton, Ohio 45404
Experience: 2+ Years of experience working within a production/manufacturing environment

The Opportunity
As a Production Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products exceed industry standards. You will work with cross-functional teams, operate cutting-edge technology, and take on rewarding challenges in our manufacturing facility.

Production Associate Job Responsibilities

• Assembly & Fabrication: Perform manual tasks related to the assembly of components and operate basic machinery like drills and grinders.
• Material Handling: Safely move, lift, and transport materials and finished products to assist production stations.
• Quality & Safety: Inspect finished products for defects, adhere to all safety protocols, and report equipment malfunctions.
• Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform routine cleaning of tools.
• Documentation: Accurately record production and inventory data.

Production Associate Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred.
• Skills: A basic understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and strong attention to detail.
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Mindset: A collaborative spirit, good communication skills, and a willingness to cross-train in different production areas.
