Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading organization in the service industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Service Center team supporting customer interactions and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Receive incoming calls from customers seeking service assistance and accurately identify them in the Remedy database.
• Dispatch elevator service technicians to building locations efficiently and accurately.
• Provide professional guidance to technicians on using communication systems when needed.
• Monitor call queues to ensure prompt response and minimize wait times for customers.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.

What's Needed?

• Ability to learn computer software quickly and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, both speaking and writing.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating call volumes.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and report promptly.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
